Thread Milling Cutter Series

The new generation thread milling cutter for synchronized 3 axis machining center.

Most of tapping troubles are caused by unstable chip evacuation. A-TAP Series resolve such troubles and apply to a wide range of work materials and cutting speed.

1. These Planet Cutters are for making small diameter S1～1.4,M1〜5,No.8 internal threads on a milling machine.
2. They are ideal for making threads on high value-added products where defects must be prevented and the pilot holes have no room for error.

WX-PNC

●Tool Material : Carbide ●Surface Treatment : WX-coating ●Helix Angle : 30°

1. Effective in non-ferrous alloys and heat-resistant alloys.
2. 30°twist type makes good cuts with minimum resistance.
